We offer 33 big building plots or 100 smaller-sized ones, perfect for a detached house, situated with access and a coastline of Lake Steklin in the Czernikowo commune, Toruń district. Our building plots are situated in the ecological heart of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in a quiet and peaceful area, favorable to walks and relaxation in the surroundings of nature.

The Steklinek locality is distant merely 3 kilometers from Czernikowo, which assures convenient access to local amenities. What is more, close vicinity with Toruń, distant scarcely 30 kilometers, as well as Bydgoszcz around 70 kilometers, has an impact on the atractiveness of building plots, making an easy access to greater urban centres and attractions possible.

Our goal is to assure complex infrastructure which will allow residents to live happily with high living standards.
